Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Payments

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Yape or Plin, depending on the options available at the time of booking.

• Any bank fees or transaction charges generated by the chosen payment method are the responsibility of the client.

• Payments must be made only to the official accounts of Suri Travel Cusco, and proof of payment must be sent to info@suritravelcusco.com

2. Deposits and Confirmations

• An initial deposit of 50% of the total service cost is mandatory to secure the booking.

• This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client, due to administrative and management costs.

• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations by the Client

In the event of cancellation by the client, the following conditions apply:

• More than 30 days before the start of the tour: refund of 50% of the total amount paid (bank and administrative fees deducted).

• 15 to 29 days before the start of the tour: refund of 25% of the total amount paid.

• Less than 15 days before the start of the tour: no refund will be issued.

All refunds are subject to deductions for administrative, operational and banking fees.

4. Cancellations by Suri Travel Cusco

If the agency is required to cancel a service for reasons attributable to Suri Travel Cusco, the client may choose between:

a) Receiving a full refund of the amount paid, or

b) Rescheduling the service for a new date without penalties.

In cases of circumstances beyond the company’s control (force majeure, adverse weather conditions, road closures or government decisions), Suri Travel Cusco will offer reasonable alternatives but will not be responsible for additional costs incurred by third parties.

5. No-Show

If the client fails to appear at the agreed place, date and time for the start of the tour or service, this will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

6. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 30 business days, using the same payment method originally used by the client.

• Refunds will not be made in cash.

• Refunded amounts may be subject to deductions for operational expenses, banking fees or payment platform charges.

7. Voluntary Changes by the Client

Any voluntary requests by the client to change dates, itineraries or services are subject to supplier availability and may result in additional charges.
